Adobe Creative Cloud (CC)

The Adobe Creative Cloud Suite is available under a campus license with certain restrictions and specific instructions for activation.

License restrictions:

Follow the steps below to request and activate the software.


Step 1 – Requesting the license

  1. Go to the Helpdesk Portal: License Portal
  2. Log in with your ULCN account credentials.
  3. Navigate to Software & Licenses.
  4. Select Install or Request Software.
  5. Choose Request Software.
  6. Fill in the form as shown below.


Step 2 – Installation

  1. Once you receive confirmation, download the software 'Adobe Creative Cloud'.
  2. Installation can be performed by STRW/LION ICT support.
  3. You can activate the software yourself after installation.

Step 3 – Activating Adobe Creative Cloud

After processing (usually within one working day), you will receive an email confirming that you are authorized to use Adobe Creative Cloud.

  1. Click on the link in the email or go to Adobe Creative Cloud.
  2. Log in with your ULCN account in the format:

`ulcn-account@vuw.leidenuniv.nl`

  1. After logging in, you can open the Creative Cloud dashboard.
  2. From there, you can download and install individual Adobe applications (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat).

You are now ready to use Adobe Creative Cloud under the University license.
