====== Scanning with HL511a scanner ======


The Windows PC in room Huygens 511a has a flatbed scanner attached. It can be used to scan document to a file, e.g. a PDF file.

  * Login to the Windows environment using your STERREWACHT username and password.
  * Put the original onto the flatbed scanner
  * Press the PDF button on the scanner
  * After scanning you will be presented the scanned PDF document in Adobe Acrobat Reader. From that program just use the Save as option to store the PDF document on your Z: drive (Unix Home directory)
